STEAM OUTPUT CAPACITY: Steam production capacity up to 100 tons/h; saturated steam pressure up to 30 bar for different production needs.HEAT OUTPUT CAPACITY: Up to 12 million Kcal/hour with working pressure up to 12 bar.FUEL & EMISSION: Environmentally friendly fuels, meeting the most stringent safety and environmental standards of investors and projects.MANUFACTURING STANDARDS: Designed and engineered to rigorous US and local standards; conforms to Vietnam emissions regulations.For each specific client, Waygo's engineering and business team will work directly with the client side to determine the specific demand for steam and heat, including: capacity, working pressure, maximum output, and more.
On that basis:
Waygo determines the required land area to build a boiler system within close proximity to the customer's factory (usually as close to the plant as possible, but in case of constrains, this distance can be as far as 1,000m). This land area can be provided by the factory to Waygo or rented by Waygo.Waygo aggregates the costs constituting the unit price for a product unit in a win-win direction for both parties.Waygo designs the system in accordance with the customer's operating conditions.The two parties sign a supply contract.Waygo manufactures, installs, and brings the system into operation, providing steam/heat for customers' production activities.
